I was wiping my eyes through part of this. You are able to write very clearly about the early part of your life, even though you were very young when you lost your mother.

You know, you might have actually liked that cow tongue if she hadn't told you what it was. :tong: :smile:

Once again I am blown away by your writing. Thank you for sharing that! Brought back memories of my own regarding staring down a plate of liver and onions (I didn't eat it; I fell asleep at the table instead!)
